I've been using Steam for years now, and I've noticed that whenever I download a game, it usually caps off at around 1.1-1.2 MB/s, although my current Internet package has a maximum download speed of 10 MB/s. Also, my downloads on Origin are usually much faster, at around 3.4-3.6 MB/s.
